The theme of our first event of the year (Tuesday
3 Feb 2009 evening in Zurich) is "What matters to IT Pros in the real-world". The Swiss IT Pro User Group team is very pleased
to invite Rolf Masuch, Product Manager IT Services, as the guest speaker from Germany. He will talk about using PowerShell to solve practical problems for IT Pros and administrators. Desmond Lee, our resident speaker, will share proven best practices in the successful deployment of OCS 2007 in the field, and look ahead at how R2 can increase the UC value proposition.
The
first 10 registered and confirmed attendees* will each receive a free,

Rolf Masuch arbeitet als Product Manager IT Services bei der Firma ABSC GmbH (Deutschland). Er ist Microsoft Certified Trainer seit 1996 und sein Schwerpunkt sind die design, deployment und migration von Active Directory, Exchange und Scripting (PowerShell). Rolf ist der Grunder von der deutchsprachiger PowerShell Anwendergruppe.

Office Communications Server 2007 Deployment Best Practices (German / English)

Enterprise deployment of the current release of OCS 2007 is expected to continue until R2 becomes generally available*. This session highlights the best practices in the planning, migration, design and security of your business critical UC infrastructure. Exciting features like auto attendant and group chat in the RTM version of OCS 2007 R2 will also be discussed (with demos).
